ARSO had promised us two gusts of bora wind in the morning and one in the afternoon, but the table showed the opposite. And then there was INCA, which at 10 a.m. predicted a drop in wind after 11 a.m., while outside the wind howled from the Luzzano hill like a hungry wolf. 😅 I decided to tempt fate and try the formula... but as soon as I got to the garden, my windsurfer's instinct took over and I changed course, opting for slalom. 🚀 And I must say it was the right choice: some gusts were really tough, but in the end I had over two hours of pure windsurfing, under a warm sun and in the company of two other brave windsurfers. One started from Sezza, the other from the club, but we found ourselves on the same wave in the blink of an eye! 🌊🌞 The return to Meduza beach? An epic journey. It took me at least half an hour, between the loss of altitude on the long edges from Sezza to San Bernardino and a wind that started playing hide and seek, dropping just when I needed it most. 😬 The bora, with its dark air, changed direction at every corner, but hey, it was still a great challenge! And in the end, I can say that it was the perfect way to work off the excesses of yesterday's incredible Disco Carnival at Magasen Grando! 💃🎧 With Benny Benassi and 2,000 people going wild, top sound, crazy lights, and a bar always ready to serve, the only risk was dancing until morning. But don't worry: today the wind gave me a bit of a "reset"! In short: nothing ventured, nothing gained! 😎💨  |
